#Review: Forgotten No More by Christina McKnight @CMcKnightWriter #Romance
***Disclosure: I was given this book by the author for an honest review.***
First I am not fond of the book cover. It seems too modern for a historical book.
Then we have the story inside. It is not the best story I have ever read but it is also not the worse story I have read. The story has its ups and downs and quite a few historical inaccuracies. I am wondering if the author did through research or just relied on what she might remember from her high school history class.
I enjoy the mystery behind Ruby searching for her biological father but it seemed like it was too easy for her to confirm or deny the men on her list of potential fathers. Each of these scenes felt a little bizarre. They just did not ring true to me while reading.
For any who do not have a problem with the historical inaccuracies this is a fun quick read. For any who think historical romance novels show follow specific guidelines then I do not recommend this book.
The bunnies and I give this book carrots.
